I had a bad piece of equipment that was being replaced under warranty. The manufacturer paid for Bobby's to come out and swap out the parts. All the people I dealt with were friendly and communicated what was going to happen and when very well. A service company that provides good service - what a concept.

Bobby has been our pool guy for over a year. He has always answered questions from pool novices thoroughly and anticipated our next ones. He is diligent in returning phone calls and his technicians are prompt and do a good job. Our pool is always clear and ready to swim in

I've recently contracted with Bobby to inspect our pool, which has come cracking and loose coping.
Bobby turned out to be very knowledgeable and immediately pointed out specific conditions and what each indicated. He suggested I contact Leak Detection Pros to see if any pipes were leaking and showed me how to set up a simple bucket test to see, if my pool was leaking water.
He inspected our pool equipment and plumbing and came up with some very reasonable repairs for problems I did not know I had and showed me how I could do some of the work myself, if I wanted to save money.
I couldn't be happier with the service provided and the education was free!
